Seriously, if you're reading this and you have another offer, TAKE IT. I've been here 15 years, and the slow decline has been agonizing. They squeeze every last drop of productivity out of you, then toss you aside when they find someone cheaper. I'm in Compliance, and the amount of extra work they load on us is insane.
