Anyone else feel like the pressure is cranked up to 11 lately?

I'm on the product side, been here for 3 years. Maybe it's just me, but the last few weeks have felt super intense. Lots of late nights, more meetings about 'efficiency' than actual progress, and a general vibe of anxiety in the air. Anyone else feeling this? I keep hearing whispers about 'restructuring' from some of the older folks on my team. Maybe it's just paranoia, but I'm dusting off my resume just in case. Is anyone hearing anything concrete?

I hear you loud and clear. Been in professional services for 5 years, and the pressure has definitely spiked recently. It feels like they're trying to squeeze more juice from the same lemon. I wouldn't dismiss the restructuring whispers; it's often smoke before fire. Smart move on dusting off the resume. Always good to be prepared, even if it turns out to be nothing. Focus on what you can control, document your accomplishments, and take care of your mental health. This too shall pass.

Honestly, I think you're overreacting a bit. Every quarter-end is a crunch, especially in product. 'Efficiency' is just corporate speak for 'let's meet our targets'. The 'anxiety vibe' is probably just a few stressed-out managers letting it bleed onto the team. Restructuring rumors are always floating around Workday. Unless you hear something from your direct manager, I'd try to ignore the noise and focus on your work. Jumping to conclusions will only add to your stress.
