Hey everyone, been at Workday for a few years now and things have been feeling... different lately. Project scopes seem to be getting tighter, deadlines are more aggressive, and there's definitely a low hum of anxiety around the office. I've seen some threads elsewhere hinting at layoffs, but nothing concrete from official channels. Is anyone else experiencing this? Management is giving the usual 'business as usual' spiel, but the vibe is off. Lots of talk about 'efficiency improvements' and 'strategic realignment' which always makes me nervous. Heard from a friend in another dept that there might be a 'talent assessment' coming up. Trying not to panic, but it's hard when you see these headlines everywhere.
