Anyone else feeling the Workday anxiety? The rumors are getting louder.

Hey everyone, jumping in here because the whispers about potential layoffs at Workday are really starting to get to me. I haven't seen any official confirmation, and my manager is staying tight-lipped, but there's a definite unease in the air. I've been seeing more people talking about it on other platforms, and even the fact that some other big tech companies are letting people go is making me nervous about our own stability. It's hard to focus on day-to-day tasks when you're constantly wondering if your job is safe. I've been with the company for a few years now, and I genuinely like my team and the work I'm doing, but this uncertainty is tough. Has anyone heard anything more concrete, or have any tips for how to deal with this kind of prolonged anxiety? Just looking for some solidarity or advice, honestly. Trying not to spiral, but it's definitely a challenge.

I hear you. The uncertainty is brutal. It's tough to stay productive when you're constantly scanning for clues or trying to read between the lines. Hopefully, we'll get some clarity soon, one way or the other. Hang in there, and try to focus on what you *can* control in your work.

Yeah, it's a rough vibe right now. This kind of speculation always creates a lot of stress, especially when you factor in the broader tech landscape. Best advice I can give is to keep your resume updated and network internally/externally, just to be prepared. It's better than just waiting and worrying.
