Anyone else seeing increased workload/pressure recently at Workday?

Hey everyone, feeling a bit antsy lately. Been with Workday for a few years now, and the pace has always been demanding, but it feels like it's ramped up significantly in the last quarter or so. My team is stretched thin, and the expectations seem higher than ever. Just wondering if this is a widespread thing or if it's just my department. We haven't heard any official layoff news, which is good, but this constant pressure combined with the general tech industry jitters is making me a little nervous. Is this just the new normal, or are others feeling this too? Trying to gauge the vibe across the company. Any insights or similar experiences would be appreciated. Trying to stay positive, but it's getting tough.

Yeah, I've felt that too, especially in the last few months. It feels like projects are piling up and resources are just not keeping pace. Lots of late nights and weekend work creeping back in. Definitely more pressure than I remember from a year or two ago. Wondering if it's a company-wide push or just certain divisions feeling the heat.

Definitely not just you. My team is swamped, and it feels like the goalposts keep moving. We're constantly being asked to do more with less. The general atmosphere is a bit tense, even without any concrete layoff rumors. It's tough to stay motivated when you're perpetually running at full speed and feeling stretched so thin.
