Feeling the pinch - Increased demands at Workday?

Is it just me, or has the workload significantly ramped up over the past couple of quarters at Workday? I feel like I'm constantly playing catch-up, and the expectations seem to be getting higher without a corresponding increase in resources or headcount. It feels like projects are being squeezed into tighter timelines, and there's less room for error. I'm hearing similar sentiments from colleagues in other teams too. It makes me wonder if this is a deliberate strategy to push productivity, or if it's a sign of underlying issues. Anyone else experiencing this? Is this the new normal, or is something else going on behind the scenes that's contributing to this pressure cooker environment?

Definitely feeling this too. The pace has picked up considerably, and it feels like there's a lot more pressure to deliver faster, sometimes at the expense of thoroughness. It's tough when you're trying to maintain quality but keep getting hit with tighter deadlines and more complex requests. I've noticed a strain on resources across several departments, making collaboration and getting support a bit more challenging than it used to be. Hoping for some adjustments soon.**

**I haven't experienced a significant increase myself, but I have heard some chatter about shifting priorities and tighter timelines. It's possible that different teams are being impacted unevenly depending on the projects they're currently working on. Maybe there's a strategic push in certain areas that's creating a ripple effect. It's always a balancing act between innovation and resource allocation, I suppose.**
