For a Senior Manager role, definitely prepare for behavioral questions using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). They'll want to see quantifiable results from your past projects. Also, think about how Workday's evolving and how you can contribute to its growth. Come prepared with examples of how you've mentored others and fostered a collaborative environment. Good luck!
Honestly, internal interviews can be trickier than external ones. They already know your strengths and weaknesses. Be prepared for questions about your cross-functional collaboration skills and how you handle conflict. Instead of just listing accomplishments, anticipate areas where your performance might have been perceived negatively and address them proactively. What processes have you inherited that you think are nonsense? How would you change them?
