Workday: Any word on potential restructuring or talent assessment?

Hey everyone, I've been seeing a lot of chatter online and a general feeling of unease in the air lately. Nothing concrete, of course, but lots of whispers. Some folks are talking about performance reviews being extra tough this cycle, and others are mentioning some 'strategic talent assessments' being conducted across different departments. It's got me wondering if leadership is looking at optimizing the workforce, and if so, what that might mean for us. I know there haven't been any official announcements, but has anyone else picked up on similar signals? Maybe anecdotal evidence from your teams or conversations with managers? Just trying to get a sense of the temperature and if we should be preparing for anything. Trying not to panic, but the silence is a bit deafening.

I've heard similar rumblings. It feels like there's a lot of uncertainty, and the quiet discussions about 'talent assessments' definitely don't put people at ease. Performance reviews have always been a part of it, but this feels different, more targeted somehow. Hoping for some clarity soon, but it's hard not to speculate when the atmosphere is like this.

This topic is definitely on a lot of people's minds. While nothing's been officially announced, the buzz about performance metrics being scrutinized more closely and 'strategic reviews' is hard to ignore. It's understandable why people are feeling anxious. Let's hope any changes made are communicated transparently and supportively for everyone involved.
