Update your resume and start casually browsing job boards. Even if nothing happens, it's good to be prepared. Plus, knowing you have options can ease the anxiety a little. Hope it's nothing, but better safe than sorry.
Honestly, this sounds like standard corporate paranoia. Five years is a long time to be at one place – maybe you're just projecting? Q1 is always tough, and the housing market is volatile. Closed-door meetings don't automatically equal doom. Try focusing on your work, hitting your targets, and controlling what you can control. Worrying won't change the outcome, and might even make things worse.
