Anyone else feeling nervous? Q1 numbers coming...

I'm in product, been at Zillow for 5 years now, and I can't shake this feeling. Q1 numbers are about to drop and the overall vibe has been…off. Lots of closed-door meetings, weird silences in the hallways (virtual hallways, I guess, since we're mostly remote), and a general sense of anxiety. I remember this feeling before the last re-org, and it's giving me major flashbacks. Anyone else feeling the same way? Am I just being paranoid, or is something brewing? I really don't want to dust off my resume again...

Totally get where you're coming from. Been there, done that (at a different company, thankfully!). That pre-reorg atmosphere is unmistakable. My advice? Update your resume and start casually browsing job boards. Even if nothing happens, it's good to be prepared. Plus, knowing you have options can ease the anxiety a little. Hope it's nothing, but better safe than sorry.

Honestly, this sounds like standard corporate paranoia. Five years is a long time to be at one place – maybe you're just projecting? Q1 is always tough, and the housing market is volatile. Closed-door meetings don't automatically equal doom. Try focusing on your work, hitting your targets, and controlling what you can control. Worrying won't change the outcome, and might even make things worse.
