Hey everyone, I'm starting to get a weird vibe around Zillow lately. I've seen a few posts pop up, some even mentioning layoffs or workforce shifts. Nothing concrete has been announced, but the whispers are definitely getting louder. I've been here for a few years and things have always felt pretty stable, but now I'm constantly checking my email and company comms for any hint of bad news. Does anyone else feel this way? Have you heard anything more specific, even rumors? It's hard not to worry, especially with everything going on in the tech market right now. Yeah, I've definitely felt a similar unease lately. It's subtle, but there's this undercurrent of uncertainty that wasn't there before. I've tried to brush it off, but the more I see and hear, the more I find myself scanning internal communications more closely. It's a shame because the work is generally good, and the team is solid, but this kind of background noise can really impact morale and focus. Hopefully, it's just internal restructuring or something routine, but it's hard to ignore the whispers when they're persistent.
