Anyone else impacted by the Zillow layoffs?

Got the notification today, 500 people gone. August 4th. Gutted for everyone affected. This is the second significant layoff I've seen here in what feels like a short period. It's hard to process. I've been here for years and saw the growth, so these cuts sting. Feels like the rug is constantly being pulled out. Trying to stay positive but it's tough. If you were impacted, I'm sorry. What was the process like for you? Any severance details you're willing to share (even vaguely)? Just trying to get a sense of how this is being handled and what support is being offered. It's a brutal reminder of the current market, even for seemingly stable companies.
