Saw the news about the latest layoffs impacting around 500 people. This is getting serious. For those of us still here, what's the vibe? Are teams stretched incredibly thin now? Has workload increased significantly? Are people already updating their resumes or is there still a belief in the company's long-term direction? I'm trying to stay optimistic and focus on my work, but it's tough when you see so many colleagues impacted. Curious to hear from others who are on the ground – how is this affecting the day-to-day? Are there whispers about what's next, or just silence?

It's definitely a tense atmosphere right now. The silence after the news was deafening. While some teams are absolutely swamped and you can feel the strain, others seem to be absorbing the shock a bit better. Management is trying to reassure us, but it's hard to ignore the elephants in the room. Honestly, the biggest concern for many is the uncertainty of what comes next. Are there more cuts on the horizon? It's a valid question, and nobody seems to have a clear answer.

The morale is definitely low, no way around it. People are talking, of course, but mostly in hushed tones. Workload has definitely picked up for many, and you see the added pressure. It's understandable given the reduction in force. As for resumes, let's just say LinkedIn activity has probably seen an uptick. It's a challenging time, and staying positive requires a conscious effort. Hopefully, the company can stabilize soon and give everyone some much-needed reassurance about the future.
