Zillow's Constant Reorgs - Is Anyone Else Exhausted?

Just saw the news about another round of layoffs. It's hard to keep track at this point. Feels like every quarter there's some 'restructuring' or 'strategic shift' that results in people getting cut. I've been here for a few years and it feels like a constant state of uncertainty. You start to wonder if it's just the nature of the beast in real estate tech, or if Zillow specifically has some deeper issues. Are they just bad at planning, or is this a deliberate strategy to keep everyone on their toes? It's demoralizing, honestly. Makes it hard to invest your energy when you don't know if your team or role will even exist in six months. Anyone else feeling this constant churn and looking for an exit?

It's incredibly disheartening to hear about yet another round of layoffs. The constant churn creates such a volatile atmosphere, making it tough to feel secure or plan for the future. It's understandable why people are questioning the company's long-term strategy and leadership. This level of instability isn't just about job security; it impacts morale and productivity across the board. It makes you wonder what the end goal is with all these shifts and cuts. Is there a clear vision, or is it just reactive measures?
