Anyone else feeling the pressure at Zoom? What's going on?

Lately, the vibe here feels... off. Not hearing anything concrete, but there's definitely a tension in the air. Projects seem to be getting re-prioritized constantly, and some teams are being asked to do more with less. Been seeing a lot of internal job postings for different departments, which is a bit unusual. On top of that, the overall market isn't exactly booming. Just wondering if anyone else is picking up on this or has heard any internal chatter about what might be happening. Trying to stay focused on my work, but it's hard not to feel a bit uneasy when things seem so fluid. Anyone else in a similar boat or have any insights?

Yeah, I've been feeling it too. The constant shifts in project focus are making it hard to get into a groove, and the 'more with less' mentality is definitely palpable. It feels like a lot of shuffling around, and the increase in internal postings does add to the unease. It's tough when the direction isn't clear, and you're left guessing what's next. Hopefully, we get some clarity soon.

Totally get what you're saying. The atmosphere has been a bit tense lately. It's like we're all waiting for something, but nobody knows exactly what. The reassignment of priorities and the strain on resources are definitely noticeable. I've also seen more internal movement than usual, which always sparks questions. It's probably a combination of factors, but the uncertainty is the hardest part.
