Hey everyone, just checking in to see if anyone else is feeling that underlying unease at Zoom lately. It's nothing concrete I can point to, no official announcements, but there's just a general vibe that's been building for a few weeks now. Performance reviews just wrapped up, and the feedback for some teams felt… different. More critical, less constructive, if that makes sense. Also, noticed a few less familiar faces in the common areas, and some of the usual internal chatter seems quieter. Am I just being paranoid, or are others picking up on this? It's the silence that's unnerving. Remember how some companies did the 'quick Zoom call' layoffs? Just trying to gauge the mood here before I start updating my resume just in case.

I know what you mean about the 'different' feedback. It felt like a shift in expectations, or maybe just a less forgiving tone overall. It's hard to pinpoint, but the general atmosphere does seem to have changed. It's easy to dismiss it as just the usual corporate ups and downs, but the accumulation of small things, like the quietness and those subtle performance review vibes, does create a feeling of unease.
