Just wondering if anyone else is feeling this. We've had the usual ups and downs, but lately, it feels different. Performance reviews seemed... unusually harsh for some, and there are definitely fewer people in certain departments than there were even a few months ago. No big splashy announcements, no official layoff numbers shared, but the headcount seems to be shrinking in a very quiet, almost stealthy way. It's creating a weird atmosphere where you're not sure if your role is truly secure or if you're just one of the next to be 'managed out' without any real transparency. Anyone else experiencing this sort of slow bleed or 'quiet layoff' scenario at Zoom? Feels like a disingenuous way to handle workforce adjustments, if that's what's happening.

I've been hearing similar rumblings, though nothing concrete. It's definitely unnerving when the whispers start circulating and you see empty desks.
