Ugh, that sounds awful! Performance reviews should never blindside you like that. It's possible they're trying to PIP you, but don't assume the worst just yet. Start documenting *everything* you do: sales calls, meetings, any extra effort. That way, if they *are* trying to build a case, you have your own evidence to counter it.
