Okay, I'm usually not one to spread rumors, but the whispers are getting pretty loud across a few different teams here at Zoom. It feels like more than just usual chatter. We haven't had any official announcements, but you can feel the tension. Some teams are suddenly doing 'deep dives' on performance metrics, and there's been a noticeable increase in people being 'surprised' by performance feedback. It's making me nervous, especially given the general tech downturn and seeing how other companies handled things (sometimes poorly, over Zoom calls!).
