CFA corporate cutting staff again

Another day, another round of 'streamlining.' Hard to believe they’re cutting 87 people in Oxnard while the brand is still posting massive revenue numbers. I’ve been with the company for a few years now, and the 'family' culture they push is starting to feel completely hollow once the numbers go red. I’ve survived previous rounds, but the atmosphere in the office is just heavy at this point. Everyone is looking over their shoulders instead of actually collaborating. Honestly, it feels like they’re gutting the support infrastructure to squeeze out a bit more margin for the stakeholders. If you’re one of the 87, please start reaching out to your network immediately. Don't wait for HR to offer 'support' because we all know that’s just a formality. Good luck to everyone affected, this industry is getting uglier by the day.

Oxnard office layoffs - anyone have the list?

Just saw the WARN notice for the N. Rose Ave location in Oxnard. 87 people getting cut by the end of the year. I’m currently at a different corporate site, but the morale here is already tanking. Management keeps telling us we're 'restructuring for efficiency,' but it feels like the same old story every time. Does anyone know if they are offering any decent severance or are they just kicking everyone to the curb right before the holidays? It’s pretty brutal to get a notice like this in early November effective for New Year’s Eve. Trying to decide if I should start polishing my resume tonight or if this is just localized to the regional support team. Would love to hear from anyone on the ground in Oxnard who might know if this is going to expand to other offices.
